What's New for 2023?
The most major upgrade to the new 2023 Subaru Ascent lineup is the revised front and rear styling. It offers a larger and more prominent front grille with sleeker headlights and taillights.
Performance
All 2023 Subaru Ascent models come equipped with the same impressively capable engine. It's a 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that lets you command 260-horsepower and 277 pounds-feet of torque, giving you full command of every tire rotation as you travel around Worcester, MA. The engine is paired to a continuously variable automatic transmission, and all models come equipped with paddle shifters, letting you stay engaged and in command every time you get behind the wheel.
Standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive

There're a few different upholstery options available, including standard cloth, available StarTex® water repellent, or genuine leather upholstery.
All models have a rugged build, highlighted by 8.7-inches of ground clearance, raised roof rails, and body cladding around the front and rear bumpers and wheel wells.
Technology Features
Every new 2023 Subaru Ascent model comes equipped with a Starlink multimedia system on a standard 11.6-inch touchscreen display, letting you control a variety of features either using the touchscreen or a steering-wheel-mounted voice command system. Every Starlink system also comes equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, letting you connect your smartphone either with Bluetooth or with a USB cord. Once connected, you can have full control over messages, calls, apps, maps, music, and much more, letting you stay connected and in control wherever your adventures take you.
Safety Features
All 2023 Subaru Ascent models come equipped with a helpful Eyesight Driver Assist Technology system that uses a camera to provide you with helpful driving aids behind the wheel, including pre-collision braking, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, LED steering responsive headlights, and other features. Upgrading to higher trim levels will also provide you with other features that keep an eye out for you, including blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, reverse automatic braking, and more.
