The All New 2015 Subaru Outback

If you are looking to buy a Subaru, you have many great options in front of you. The brand consistently improves on its older models, and even some of the older favorites are beginning to get updated looks. One of the most exciting additions to the line is the 2015 Subaru Outback, a vehicle that's embraced both its past and the technology of the present. Drivers who are lucky enough to get in the vehicle have found a crossover that handles well and provides the comfort that consumers crave.

The first bit of good news is that the 2015 Subaru Outback isn't radically different from its predecessors. As one of the most recognizable crossovers on the road, this is absolutely a good thing - too many companies tend to throw out that which works alongside the things that didn't. Drivers are still going to get a very similar driving experience to last year's model, albeit with a little more power under the hood. The Outback is still one of the few crossovers that really can handle going off road, and everything that you have may have loved about last year's model still applies here.

The differences in the 2015 Subaru are largely cosmetic, at least on the outside. Most of the vehicle's rough edges have been smoothed away, bringing owners a vehicle that looks a bit more refined and a bit nicer. While the look has changed a little, a great deal of that cosmetic change has also occurred so that the vehicle can be both tougher and more comfortable. The higher level of ground clearance makes the vehicle better suited for going off road (arguably more so than any other vehicle in its class), while those who spend a great deal of time in the car will certainly appreciate the fact that the vehicle adds a few more inches of passenger room.

On the inside, the Outback holds up Subaru's standards of quality. Every piece of the interior has been engineered to quietly perform its functions, and you certainly won't find any of the usual squeaks and groans that accompany similar vehicles. The Outback even boasts a new "infotainment" center, with touchscreen controls that are sure to delight drivers everywhere. There's also a few other great gadgets, ranging from an enhanced sound system to collision mitigation that truly remind drivers that they are in a brand new vehicle.

Above all else, this Subaru is fun to drive. It is one of the few crossovers on the market that really takes the most from its dual heritage, giving it the zip of a sedan with the ruggedness of a true SUV. While the 2014 Outback was a great car in and of itself, 2015's enhanced model's subtle changes make for an altogether better driving experience. It's rare to see this much change from such minor alterations, but Subaru really has outdone itself by concentrating on what has made this vehicle great in the past and adding in touches from what promises to be a bright future.
